The couple win £1 million in EuroMillions

When they tell you won the lottery EuroMillions in your initial reaction is shock ! You don’t believe it’s actually happening to you ! And so it was a couple George and Sandra Kinghorn from Peterhead, Scotland. The couple was back from vacation in Spain (Tenerife island) when George received an email informing him that he won the lottery of the euromillionhs. Lottery held on 31 October.

Offshore worker George, 60, said: “I always play the EuroMillions lottery online so I have had e-mails before with small wins. We were driving back from the airport when I quickly scanned the e-mail and thought it would be the same size of win that I’d had before.
I never once thought I’d scooped such a high prize. I did not open it and when I got home I put my phone on charge and went to bed.
“It was not until 6.30pm on Saturday that the lucky EuroMillions winner went online as he went to put his lines on for that evening’s UK Lotto draw .

Until finally he looked at the e-mail he received on his winning in EuroMillions he realized he millionaire he was in shock! Did not believe turned off the computer turned it on again thought it was a mistake did not believe it’s true. At first thought it was an amount of £ 1000 and not an amount of £ 1 Million.

Although George won a million he continues to work four shifts a week. The couples have a son of 35. They claim they do not know how they are going to spend the money.
George says he has no intention of giving up his job. He told reporters: “We have not even had a chance to celebrate yet.
We have just been taking it all in. I like to play golf on my time off, so I think I will take a few friends away for a week’s golfing. “
